A Day in May

Showcase your business to the 4069 and surrounds community. In conjunction with our Produce/Retail market stalls, local clubs, school competitions, photography competition, there will be something for everyone at A Day in May in 2021.

…..Local Trades & Services….are you keen to participate in our community open day but unable to attend or display your services?

We can offer you a spot on our Local Trades & Services board, an A4 display stand for your brochures costs $20 and or a Business Card holder costs just $10. Board will displayed at our community event @ A Day in May 9am to 4pm.

A great opportunity for locals to find out about your trade and services with little to no effort!

Normal registration rules apply, drop off your material to the organisers before the Sat 29th May 21.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

Exhibitor sites are available both inside and outside the Hall. Early Bird Rates Expire 10 May 2021.

  • Inside sites are approximately 1.8m by 1.5m - enough room for a trestle table, display stand and room to stand behind the table - $60 per site ($75 after 10 May) ** Inside sites LIMITED. Please do not hesitate to book**

  • Outside/ Lawn sites are 3m x 3m – enough room for your BYO standard gazebo - $60 per site ($75 after 10 May)

    To take advantage of Early Bird Rate your registration must be received by the Pullenvale Hall on or before 8pm 10 May 2020.

    Please submit JPEG Company logo with your registration, for marketing/promotion.

  • Children’s stalls are approximately 1m x 1.5m outside only (must provide your own table and shade if required) - $10 per site

  • Local Life Photography Competition – single class of photographs. Please supply mounted on black A5 card. Gold Coin Entry. Register via our Facebook page.

  2. Pay your Stall Registration Fee immediately to secure your place. (Registration fees not paid within 7 days of completing this form will not be held). Bank transfer to:

    Please use the EXPO and YOUR SURNAME as reference for the payment

  3. Start planning your stall / marketing / displays / special offers

  4. We will be in touch with you closer to the date to confirm stall positions and answer any other questions you may have.
