Cardio at the Hall- Monday morning 9.30am - Child Friendly!

This training session incorporates a diverse range of training programs using body weight resistance, equipment based and pure cardio elements.

It is suitable for all fitness levels, you’re never “ too unfit” to participate! Your health and fitness is of prime importance to us and as such we ensure that at every session you’re closely monitored to ensure safe and correct technique, given accommodations for injury and rehab and offered options and motivation for newcomers and regular participants.
