Fit50 is a fitness class designed for Older Adults (50 years and over), however, beginners and/or younger aged participants are also welcome and are encouraged to join. This class will introduce you to weights-based training, cardio, mobility, stability and flexibility movements to improve your overall muscle tone, strength, balance and agility. All types of fitness levels will be catered for. This class is also good for people who are coming back from an injury and would like to start training again. Bookings are essential.
