Come and see the Curious Caravan at the Pullenvale Hall weekdays from 7-11am serving coffee and yummy treats.
A community hall and venue for every occasion, Pullenvale Hall has been a gathering place for nearly a century. Generations have attended dances, parties and other events at the hall which have evolved as the needs of the community have changed.
Bookings can be made for private functions including engagement parties, weddings, other special celebrations. Regular bookings can also be made for classes and activities which are open to the public, such as those listed in our Weekly Activities section.
The Pullenvale Progress Association, a group of dedicated volunteers, runs the hall ensuring both the building and the grounds are well maintained. The PPA is a not-for-profit organisation which depends on government and industry grants, private bookings, sponsorship, fundraising events and donations. See about the Hall page for more information.

Regular Social Events hosted by the Pullenvale Progress Association (PPA)
The hall has a regular program of social events, run by our team of volunteers, for locals and visitors alike. These not only provide an opportunity to socialise with family and friends, but are also an invaluable means of supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the hall through funds raised.
Friday Night Off is held on the first Friday of the month from 5pm to 9pm. FNO is a family friendly event with activities for children, food trucks and a bar with seating under the stars. There is no entry fee or requirement to book, just come along and bring chairs, rugs or beanbags to enjoy a relaxing end to your busy week.
Old Time/New Vogue dance has been running on the third Saturday of every month for many years. Recently, local students have been serving refreshments. They, and their families, have enjoyed learning some of the dances from the experienced dancers who have enjoyed sharing their knowledge. Some dances are themed, such as our very popular Valentines Day dance. All are welcome to attend.
Other social events held throughout the year include, A Day In May, Spring Garden Party, Stargazing nights and major sports events shown on our big screen.
For information on upcoming events follow us on Facebook or Instagram or check our Events Page.
