Stella is deeply passionate about teaching people, not just poses, so she places an emphasis on teaching quality alignment and technique to ensure that each practitioner can feel the full benefits of the pose, safely. You will be lead through a yoga class that focuses on breath work, enabling you to practice mindfully and peacefully at your own pace. A variety of options are offered for every pose so all classes are suitable for all levels. Stella’s unique way of teaching will have you feeling completely nurtured and nourished after each class.
